Jun joined Tryfunds after graduating from Waseda University.
During his time as a student, Jun planned a survey project regarding business support of Japanese companies in India. He developed the survey using methods such as design thinking and business ethnography, and tested policies and hypothesis of marketing product services for fast moving consumer goods.
At Tryfunds, he is involved in market research, and project management for quality control methods for Japanese manufacturers.
He has conducted market surveys in over 15 countries, including India and Brazil, for over 30 different sectors. His specialty is flat survey design, focusing on potential countries for global expansion, researching successful business in that region, as well as formulating business design based on survey results.
He also has management experience in quality control, managing local teams in over 10 countries, at most 20 people at once. In addition, he is involved in talent cultivation and cross project workflow improvement through manualization and standardization.
