Takehiko joined Bridgestone after graduating from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University. During his time at Bridgestone, he was involved in the acquisition of Firestone by the company, and the ensuing PMI. At this time, this was the largest M&A deal in Japan, and was consequently referenced in many business school curriculum in North America and Europe. Afterwards, he held board positions at Vodafone Group (Now: Softbank Group), Seiyu GK (Subsidiary of Wal-Mart in Japan), Japan McDonalds before joining Tryfunds. He employs his background in the HR sector he refined in his time at global companies, and currently consults clients on corporate organization formation, personnel systems and recruitment strategy. He also manages projects on client corporate structure, as well as PMI.
