She has engaged in domestic and international M&A advisory projects for listed companies in Japan and overseas, ranging from pharmaceuticals, resources, energy, trading companies, chemicals, textiles, and non-ferrous metals. She led M&A execution process from approach to due diligence, negotiation and closing. In addition, she has a track record of leading shares in domestic listed companies' equity underwriting, domestic and overseas LBO financing, and NASDAQ listing.
At Tryfunds, she is engaged in overseas acquisitions of domestic companies and domestic acquisition cases of overseas companies in the M&A Advisory Division. Graduated from Kyoto University
