After gaining experience in sales and planning in the real estate division at Recruit, he joined GLOBIS, where engaged in consulting services focused on talent development and organizational transformation. Later, he led new business development in the HR tech domain. As a business head, he drove product development and business strategy while also serving as the digital division's executive, contributing to strategic planning and organizational design.
Additionally, he belonged to the Creation Faculty at the GLOBIS, where taught and conducted research in startup management. In parallel, he had supported multiple companies with management consulting, strategic planning, and hands-on new business development. He had also been extensively involved in early-stage business launches at strategic consulting firms, as well as in executive coaching.
In 2025, He joined Tryfunds, where he engages in various advisory services for clients, while also contributing to the development of new businesses within the firm and creating the value of its portfolio companies.
