He has held key positions at Panasonic Corporation (now Panasonic Holdings Corporation), including Head of the Lighting Business Division and President of the Electric Works Company, where he also led the company’s M&A initiatives.
In 2020, he was appointed President & CEO of Prime Life Technologies Corporation, a joint venture established by Panasonic and Toyota Motor Corporation to oversee housing-related companies such as Panasonic Homes, Toyota Housing, and Misawa Homes. He stepped down from this role in June 2025 and joined Tryfunds.
